Vincent Tabak was arrested in concert with national broadcasting that police found the killer's dna on the victim. It was all false and criminal lies. Later it was admitted to have been inconclusive because it was a fabrication fed to the tabloid press by their police contact to be broadcast the morning of the arrest. The public were convinced from that day that police had indeed found the killer of Joanna Yeates. After months of isolation and trickery they broke Tabak's will and he became a zombie who agreed with everything they said. This was a classic stitch up of an innocent man for murder by a corrupt police force under massive pressure to solve this crime.
