I have a Core i5 2520M CPU with Intel HD Graphics 3000 under Windows 10.
I wanted to play Planescape Torment Enhanced Edition, but it tells I would need openGL 2 compatible graphics card, but there is no openGL support for my card under Win10. I read a lot of articles how to solve but none of them worked, even Beamdog and Intel had no answer!!!
Finally, someone, on the intel community site, called Pal1000 told me the solution.

PST:EE is 32bit so start Compatibility Admin in 32bit mode, and write this at the appropriate place: ig4icd32.dll (you will know where to put after watching the video)

An UPDATE from NOV. 2023: I had problems with Quake 3 Unfreeze mod, and with this same solution I made it work! HAIL TO LIVIU!
