1st location is at Woesong, the town immediately after the griffin cutscene that opens up the game. Speak to the merchant you rescued and he will have the Temerian armour set for you, as well as the Temerian saddle and horse bindings.

2nd location is in Velen and usually would require a pass to get into the city to the far east of the map, however you should be able to get in by jumping of the side of the bridge and swimming across to the town, be sure to open up the travel marker as well.
