How to Clean a Yellow Perch Fish by Peeling the Skin Off. Very quick and easy way to remove the skin, fins and organs, leaving you with a body you can cook whole or you can finish off the filet job for a boneless fish. don't forget to keep the roe if the fish have it! it's wasteful and a sin as we harvested a female fish. Eggs on eggs are good! ;)
