Re-uploaded because the original rip dropped a channel

Late 1960s. The melody is the same as 夢は夜ひらく ("Dreams open at night"), written by Taishi Nakamura and released in 1966 by Yukiaki Sone. The credited writer here is George Canseco, so I'll assume he wrote the lyrcis. Released on the Philippines-based ANS Records.

The Jitterbugs also released a version of this with Norma Balagtas as the singer. That version is slightly different than this one (I don't know the vocalist here)
