Authorities in London have confirmed that the death toll from the massive tower block fire has risen to 17,.. but the final number could be closer to one-hundred.
With public anger rising,... Prime Minister Theresa May has ordered a public inquiry into the fire and promised that all residents left homeless would be re-housed locally.
Prime Minister May has been slammed for her response to the disaster.
The fire came a matter of days after her Conservative Party failed to win a majority in last week's general election.
BBC presenter Nick Robinson suggested that the fire represented the "biggest political risk" facing the Prime Minister and compared it to the situation President George W. Bush faced in 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
