Hangang River is overflowing again! 3rd year in a row after over 20 years of no such event! Global warming is real and we all have to stay safe. Luckily the current levels of the river partially cover the parks along the river banks, and the levees protecting the city of Seoul are way higher than this level. So don’t worry, flooding from the river is not possible at the moment but don’t plan any activities along the river, it won’t be possible!
