Lumpiang togue or lumpiang gulay (fried spring roll) is Filipino appetizer which can be filled with a variety of vegetables and a bit of meat such as pork, shrimp or tofu. It is popularly sold as snack or merienda and is best served with spiced vinegar.
► INGREDIENTS :
400 grams pork giniling
half block extra firm tofu
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium carrot, julienned
10 pcs string beans / baguio beans
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 pack togue / mung beans sprout
lumpia wrapper / spring roll wrapper
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil for frying
