We recently got a Sensate to test out! It’s so good so I wanted to share.

Here’s how to use it:
1. Find a quiet place, put in your headphones.
2. Open the Sensate app and connect your device by pressing the button on your Sensate device
3. Choose your audio, lay sensate on your chest, lean back/lay down and relax for either 10, 20, or 30 min.
I like to use it in the morning to set my intentions for the day and at night before bed to wind down.
