Shota Imanaga gave up a coupme of home runs and 3 runs total but actually pitched really well. When you’re facing the best team in baseball, you’re going to give up runs.
And Pete Crow-Armstrong had two RBI doubles that actually had the Cubs in the lead for much of the game. 
But once again, the offense sputtered, and wasn’t able to generate more than three runs. And the bullpen gave up a lead once again. Tyson Miller came into the game and gave up three hits and two runs. Only one of those runs was earned, because of some bad defense. But still the bullpen failed to hold a lead again.
Kap says this team is done. They’re going to be sellers this season is over. And what the Rickets family decides to do at the end of the season is anyone’s guess. Because this season has been a disaster.
