Tailored for producing traditional rustic bread, it guarantees a unique taste and appearance, with a remarkable production capacity of up to 100,000 loaves. 🍞
The CYCLOTHERMIC OVEN TPG offers a generous baking surface of 225.3 sqm and a width of 3.75 meters. It features an extended and reinforced vaporisation area, with precise baking temperature adjustments every 3 meters, ensuring a highly accurate and efficient baking process, coupled with exceptional energy efficiency. 🌾
