1 cup zuchinni
1 cup sweet potato
1 stalk scallion
1/8 cup spring onion
1 pc shiitake mushroom
1/2 white onion

Batter:
3/4 cup plain flour
3/4 cup water
salt

Dipping sauce:
1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
toasted sesame seeds
