Fatta (or fatteh) is one of the most traditional and famous dishes in the Egyptian cuisine. It’s also one of the tastiest. In less than 5 minutes, you can learn how to make fatta and I guarantee you, you will make it again and again!

- Lamb Shanks
- Small grain or Egyptian rice
- Ghee
- Pita or Egyptian (Baladi) bread
- One head of garlic
- One onion
- Bay leaves
