My 5 year old Samsung 43 Inch TV has only half of the screen working. When both cables are connected to the Tcon Board, there is power and backlight, but no input. When one of the ribbon cables is disconnected, half of the screen has input. Is it a faulty ribbon cable? Does both of the cables being plugged in create a short somewhere? I will try different ribbons in the future as this seems to be the cheapest fix. Any help or tips is appreciated!
