Ama Dablam is a prominent mountain in the Himalayas of Nepal. Located in the Khumbu Valley and standing at an elevation of 6,812 meters (22,349 feet), Ama Dablam is well known for its sharp ridges and steep faces, and for being a challenging and technical climb.
I filmed this video while guiding a client on Ama Dablam. We were ascending between Camp 1 and Camp 2 at an elevation of over 19,000 feet. The weather was beautiful and clear, providing us with perfects views of the Everest region.
