Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi are in Bengaluru. They are attending the 2nd meet of Opposition parties. There are more than 20 parties attending this meet. The opposition unity meeting is to take on the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. The first meeting was held in Patna in June 2023. The crucial second meeting of 26 opposition parties, including the Congress, AAP, TMC, Samajwadi Party, JDU, National Conference, etc., is scheduled to take place in Bengaluru on July 17.
