The F-22 Raptor's engine nozzles can rotate up/down vertically by 20 degrees. Typically, an engine nozzle points straight out of the engine...but the F-22's nozzle allows the pilot to move (or vector) the nozzle up and down. This adds an unparalleled amount of maneuverability.
