Pokemon celebrated their 25th anniversary a little over 2 years ago during one of the biggest Pokemon Card Spikes of all time. Celebrations came out during the height of the pandemic when demand for the Pokemon TCG had skyrocketed and collectibles everywhere saw massive growth in price.

Only 5 short months after release, The Pokemon Company announced that they would be taking Celebrations Pokemon Cards off the market and urged collectors to hurry up with their purchases. However, while Celebrations did run out of stock for a short period of time, multiple instances occurred where reprints and restocks happened at Big Box Retailers and even the Pokemon Center Website. This caused Celebrations to run extremely flat in 2023 and even trend downwards in many of its products. As stock continues to dwindle, does Celebrations have new potential in 2024?
