Our last day in Tokyo involves sleeping in and going to the famous Tsukiji Fish market for some brunch. We try a bunch of things out and head to Shinjuku with full bellies and heat exhaustion (as evidenced by our profuse sweating). Shinjuku is busy and cute, just like Shibuya, but the streets seems a little wider. We meet Aaron's two Japanese friends for dinner. I had the most amazing fried corn there.

Fast forward, next day! We leave Tokyo for Kyoto! We activate our Japan Rail passes and finally take the bullet train from Shinagawa station to Kyoto station. Kyoto station easily becomes our favourite train station! It has the most amazing washrooms, light up stairs, and architecture. It was actually raining, so we didn't do that much.

Our little hike up Fushimi Inari actually happened the next day! I didn't want to make the next vlog too long, so I pieced the footage into this vlog :) I love night views, and the little halfway point up Fushimi Inari Shrine was amazing! We saw some cats along the way and almost lost Amy. We joked about how scary it would be if we lost one of us on the way up. It all ended up being okay because we found her :)
