200 light-years away from the Earth. There is a metal-poor subgiant Star. The star named as Methuselah. Also known as HD 140283. Methuselah is the oldest star in the Universe. In 2013, used the Hubble Space Telescope. Astronomers were tried to calculate its age. And they're shocked to see that. Methuselah is 14.46 ± 0.8 billion years old. Whereas our universe is 13.8 billion years old. That's making it older than the Universe. But since there is an uncertainty of ± 0.8 billion years. We can't be 100% sure of its the actual age. But if Methuselah is indeed as older. That would disprove the Big Bang theory. And we would need a new model of Cosmos.
