In the latest twist in the Kangana Ranaut Vs Maharashtra govt battle, Mumbai police has launched a drug probe against the actor. Two days after demolishing part of her office for alleged illegal construction, the Maharashtra home department asked the police for an investigation into Kangana Ranaut's drug links based on an old interview of an actor. State Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had said in the assembly that allegations of the "Queen" actor using drugs would be probed on the basis of comments by actor Adhyayan Suman.
In a 2016 interview, Adhyayan Suman, who reportedly dated Kangana Ranaut once, had alleged that she asked him to use drugs at a party in 2008.
