Recipe:⠀
-2 eggs⠀
-40g sugar⠀
-15g honey⠀
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀
-90g all purpose flour⠀
-1 tsp baking powder⠀
-10ml water
-100g red bean paste
1. In a bowl, add 2 eggs, 40g sugar, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Pass 100g flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder through a sieve and mix well with the rest. Add 10ml water and mix. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
3. Fry in a nonstick pan over low heat. Heat the pan, then add a few drops of oil to the pan. Use a tissue to wipe away the oil. After 2 Minutes bubbles form and you can turn it over. Fry the other side for 1 minute more. After each cake is complete, wipe the paper over the pan.
4. Now just add sweet red bean paste between 2 dorayaki and you're done. You can also use Nutella or what you like.
