The Perfect Electronic Drum Setup for Mini Gigs
Here is my electronic drum setup that you can fit into 1 Protection Racket Hardware case. This is the ideal solution to any gig environment where you can't take up a lot of space, need to set up quickly and quietly, usually can't unload very easily from your car and fundamentally can't make too much noise.
This setup which uses the Roland SPD SX Pro and SPD One Kick fits snuggly into a singe case on wheels, and means that you could even get the bus or train to your gig if you really wanted to. I've been using this as my mini drum kit for over 12 months now and it's been superb and faultless ever since. The SPD One kick means that I don't need to bring a separate bass drum pedal, and I only need to set up one drum stand and one stool to play.
Inside the case, which just so happens to be on wheels is...
1 x Roland SPD SX PRO
1 x Roland SPD One Kick
1 x Roland SPD SX Soft Bag
1 x Pearl Drum Speed Seat
1 x Roland SPD SX Stand
1 x Pro Adapter
1 x SPD 1 Boss Adapter
3 x Jack to Jack lead (1 spare)
1 x Drum Matt
1 x 4 Way Extension Cable
2 x Pairs of Drum Sticks
