Jowar Upma
Diwali is done with, time to get back into shape before xmas & New Years hits us, So here is a simple, quick & healthy breakfast made with the protein packed jowl.

Ingredients
200 gm Soaked Jowar
Salt as Required
3-4 cups water for cooking
Pressuree cook for 7-8 whistles
For the masala
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp corn
2 tbsp green peas
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp chopped coriander
