The World of Herodotus - Aubrey de Selincourt
On the Origin of Species - Charles Darwin
The Descent of Man - Charles Darwin
The Yangtze Valley and Beyond - Isabella Bird

Of these four, only The Descent of Man is from the 2021 Spring Collection. Let me know if there are any books that you would like me to do a full review of in the comments.
