Evidence based medicine doesn’t say that papaya, pineapple, lemon or exercising causes abortion. But pineapple and lemon definitely doesn’t cause. Pineapple is allergic to some people and can cause recurrent throat infections, which may need antibiotics. So probably that is why the talk goes about in the pregnancy not to have pineapples. Lemon has got nothing like that, lemon is very good. It is Vitamin C. So it is very good. Exercise is very good for pregnancy. So those people who have been doing exercise should continue to do exercise. It helps for a normal vaginal delivery and all the aches and pains of pregnancy, then the last is the papaya, the ripe papaya doesn’t have any effect on the pregnancy.
