Hey y’all! In this softly spoken video I share three of my favorite tricks for dealing with anxiety and depression. As I stress in the video, I am not a mental health professional; these are not meant to be a suggestion for treatment, they’re simply a few methods that often help me. This video includes plenty of ear-to-ear, along with the soft speaking, in an effort to induce some relaxing ASMR tingles.
