★★★ Roasted Broccoli ★★★

➤ Ingredients:
• 2 heads - Broccoli - florets cut off from stem
• 4 tsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tsp - Salt (or to taste)
• 3 tsp - Garlic - chopped
• 2 tsp - Lemon juice (or to taste)
• 1 tsp - Red Chilli Flakes (or to taste)
• ½ tsp - Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) powder

1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml

➤ Method:
• In a large bowl add broccoli florets, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder and mix well.
• Place parchment paper over baking sheet and evenly spread broccoli florets over the parchment paper.
• Roast in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 mins or until done.
• Serve hot.
