In this video, the my mini egg cooker review for E Z peel, perfect boiled eggs. I received this little egg cooker for Christmas and I'm glad I did. This egg cooker by Nostalgia is small, easy to use, and cooks perfect easy peel boiled eggs in as little as 10 minutes. All you need is a little water and eggs. That's it!
This cooker is also capable of making omelets, poached eggs, scrambled eggs and can steam vegetables.

Directions:
Follow the instructions in the booklet, but here's how I cooked and peeled my eggs:
Use medium size eggs. I found that the large eggs needed a bit more cooking time for completely "hard boiled" eggs.
Pour the amount of water required for either soft, medium or hard boiled eggs. Water lines are on the cup provided. Pour the water into the unit's reservoir then place the egg crate on top of the reservoir.
Poke a small hole in the large end of each egg with the pic on the bottom of the water cup then place the eggs into the crate hole side up.
Cover, plug in the unit and turn it on. A small blue power indicator light will illuminate.
The unit with beep when the eggs are done to your likeness.
Turn the unit off and carefully remove the cover. CAREFUL! IT'S HOT!
Place the eggs in an ice bath for 10 minutes preferably in a metal sauce pan. Then pour out most of the water, cover and semi-vigorously shake the eggs about the pan for about 20 seconds or so to help break the shells.
Remove the eggs from the pan and the egg shells with easily just slip off.
Serve and enjoy!
