1.What is the corrugated pipe production process?

- PP granulates are feed into two extruders, one for extruding outer layer of corrugated pipe, and the other for inner layer.
- The materials are melt and extruding out from die head, then come into the “pipe corrugator”, the corrugated pipe are formed here by vacuum and cooling mould blocks.
- The formed double wall corrugated pipes will be further cooled in the cooling tank after pipe corrugator, until it cool down to the surrounding temperature.
- Then the corrugated pipe will be cut by the corrugated pipe cutting machine, usually cut into around six meter length per piece. The specific pipe length depend on the mould block chain length of pipe corrugator.
- The corrugated pipe will be weighted and tilted by pipe stacker / pipe tilting device.
- if the small diameter corrugated pipes are used for cable protection or drainage pipes, it could be coiled by the pipe coiler.
