Birdy, a good folding bike, but the drivetrain is still inefficient. Remove the old square tapered crankset and the BB and replace with Hollowtech lightweight crankset and ceramic bearing bottom bracket ensure very smooth pedalling. In addition, the pulley wheels of the RD can be replaced with ceramic bearing PW as well.
