Slow Cooker Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut Recipe:

3 to 4 lbs country style pork ribs
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 (14.5 oz) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 onion
1 lb. sauerkraut
