Two “callous” fraudsters have been found guilty at the Old Bailey of murdering businesswoman Louise Kam to plunder her life savings.
Chef Kusai Al-Jundi, 25, and delivery driver Mohamed El-Abboud, 28, have been found guilty of murdering a 71-year-old businesswoman in a £4.6 million scam to steal her life savings.
Louise Kam, from Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, was strangled with a hairdryer cord and dumped in a wheelie bin after being lured to meeting to a three-bedroom house she owned in Barnet, north London, on 26 July 2021.
El-Abboud was a keen Tiktoker who filmed himself at her home after murdering her.
One of the “callous” videos showed the Romanian national gyrating to music in the driveway of Louise Kam's £1.3 million rental property a day after he straggled her to death.
At the Old Bailey Judge Mark Lucraft said of the victim: 'She was brutally murdered and left to be taken away in the rubbish.' The two men will be sentenced on February 1 2023.
