The 1st of a series of workout videos that will get you physically ready for Coast Guard Boot Camp. USCG Boot Camp is tough, but if you prepare now, it will be a lot easier.
Workout Description:
1. The workout consists of 2 rounds.*** Each round has a pushup component and a walking lunges component. Complete both rounds 1-3 times, or more if you're up for it.
2. Rest as needed between rounds, but DON'T OVER-REST. Only enough to make it through the next round.
3. This workout can be done anywhere. Choose a distance that will challenge you appropriately for your fitness ability.
4. Each round will be demonstrated separately. Martin will demonstrate it for fitness levels 4 & 5 and Michelle for fitness levels 1 & 2. For fitness level 3 types, you should begin each round the way Martin does it, and when you can no longer continue, switch to the way Michelle does it to complete that round.
*** There is an optional 3rd round for fitness level types 4 & 5. Try it if you wish to challenge yourself.
