I found an old, rusty traditional blacksmith's knife at a garbage disposal shop. It looked bad and wore a rusty hat on its body, the handle was gone and there were serious cracks under the section blades . The seller seemed surprised when I took it.

As you can see in the video, as soon as I took the first layer of rust out , the blacksmith's name was displayed. It was created by a traditional blacksmith, specializing in kitchen cutlery.
After all the rust has been removed, it can be seen that the knife is made of two different steel types, one hardened for the blade and one softer for the main body and the spine, so it can become absolutely sharp
Since then I have received this is a good quality tool worthy of restoration. and I turned it into a professional chef's knife
