Executive function in autism can be super difficult, like making food and remembering to do things like eating or washing.

Executive function ADHD and executive function and autism present similar difficulties in daily living and daily life

With executive function in adults on the autism spectrum things like, making food, remembering to do the dishes, or laundry can be challenging.

I find that executive function autism which is executive function co occurring with autism rather than executive function disorder on its own is more interesting and different with each individual.

The executive function brain is a fascinating one and i wanted to share in this video what it is like for me on a day to day basis doing with executive function skills for autism and ADHD executive function as I have both conditions.
