The @lakers have hired former @NBA player JJ Redick as the new Head Coach of the Los Angeles Lakers. 4 year deal ( lol). MR ANALYTICS will be a first time NBA coach now. While JJ is clearly an intelligent person, I explain in this video why I am ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that JJ Reddick will fail as the coach of the Lakers.
