Nate made landfall overnight in Mississippi as a Category 1 hurricane. It has since been downgraded to a tropical storm. More than 250,000 are believed to be without power along the Gulf Coast. NBC’s Kerry Sanders reports for Sunday TODAY from Biloxi, Mississippi.
