I am so excited to present to you all my first video of one of my favourite Sri Lankan curries!
I have made the cuttlefish curry in quite a thick gravy-style curry but you can adjust to your preference by turning off the flame at your desired consistency. This one is close to my heart as I have grown up tasting some of the best cuttlefish curries made by my family and relatives who made me fall in love with food! Over time, I paid close attention to the details of the curry, keeping it authentic as possible like how it is made in our households but also adding my twist to it! (Watch out for my secret ingredient :) )
