It is recommended to listen either before sleep or first thing upon waking. Although any time you are relaxed and will be undisturbed is also fine.

The effectiveness will lie within your ability to visualise and feel the end result as if it is here now. Don't worry, the meditation will guide you there. Just relax and allow yourself to follow and really feel the emotions.

It generally take between 21 - 40 days for new ideas, beliefs and habits to become adopted by the subconscious.

My advice is to relax and not focus on when the end result will materialise. The less you focus on the end result and the more you believe and trust and know that it is on its way, the quicker it will happen.
