Ingredients:
Raw rice 1/2 cup
Moong dal 1/4 cup
Soak in water for 20-30 min
Oil 2 tbsp
Ghee 1tsp
Bay leaves 1
Clove 3
Cinnamon piece 2
Cardamom 2
Fenugreek 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Shallots 5-6
Onion 1/2-1 medium size
Garlic cloves 6-7
Mint leaves
Corainder leaves
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomato 1 small size
Green chilli 1
Fry until raw smell changes
Water 5 cup
Salt ( as required)
Let it boil for sometime
Add rice,dal
Beans 2
Carrot 1/8 cup
Pressure cook 5-6 whistles
Mash using potato smasher
Coconut milk 1 cup
Let it boil
Add warm water as per your required consistency...
*When it cools,it thickens..
If you are non vegetarian, you will add mutton kheema instead of beans and carrot....
