This recipe makes 1 loaf.
Ingredients:
• White bread flour – 420 grams (3.5 cups)
• Milk – 180 grams (3/4 cup)
• Water – 120 ml
• Active dry yeast – 8 grams
• Sugar – 50 grams
• Salt – 8 grams
• Butter – 6 Tbsp
