Hello friends :)),
short but spicy upper body TRX workout. Remember you can always make the exercises easier, when
standing more upright and harder when bringing your feet more forward.
Please make sure to keep your core tight - this is key for EVERY exercise on the TRX. Core tight, shoulders down and slow controlled movements!
Feel free to do the workout twice!
