Retinal detachment with wrinkling and starfolds due to PVR | This was a case of Retinal Detachment for which vitrectomy is being done .The detachment is secondary to FEVR which was previously lasered in the peripheral non perfusion areas in the past. After clearing the vitreous brilliant blue dye was injected and then perfluorocarbon heavy liquid was injected on top of that. Peeling was carried out under PFCL. After that air fluid exchange was done with endo drainage from a peripheral break.
