Police in Kiruhura district is holding a UPDF soldier for allegedly stealing twenty-three cows in one year.
Corporal Stephen Mutsyaba is jointly accused with his worker Stephen Nyombi, who has been keeping the stolen cows at his farm in Kashara Sanga, Sub County district.
