STORYLINE:
Polish President Alexander Kwasniewski has arrived in Russia for a one-day visit, during which he will hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The talks are aimed at increasing the already good relations between the two countries, especially in the economic sphere.
Leaders are also expected to bring up the issue of Kaliningrad, the Russian enclave which borders on Poland.
Russia is concerned about travel restrictions on Kaliningrad's citizens but Kaliningrad's neighbours don't want to ease visa requirements on Russian's visiting Kaliningrad.
