Reu Den Soup Recipe:
1 bunch Rau Den (amaranth greens) *Chinese Red Spinach*
1 lbs. pork spare riblets or pork shoulders
1 can banana blossom (drained)
6 oz. wood ear mushroom
7 oz. oyster mushroom
7 oz. enoki mushrroom
1 cup string beans
6 Thai eggplant
2 stalks lemon grass
6 kaffir lime leaves
6 galanga root slices
20 Thai chili peppers (more or less according to your preference)
3 Tbps. granulated chicken bouillon seasoning
1 Tbsp. MSG
fish sauce (optional)
1 cup baby dill
1 cup basil (lemon basil is best)
8 cloves garlic
3 Tbps. cooking oil
14 cups water
