Non alcoholic fatty liver is different from alcoholic fatty liver. People with alcoholic fatty liver tend to have large liver. There may jaundice. It is very rapidly progressive kind of disease which may cause cirrhosis if patients continue alcohol.Non alcoholic fatty liver is a very slow disease it may take years to progress and many people may not progress to cirrhosis.
