There's a long story behind this one I'm afraid.
There are a pair of videogaming channels called Outside Xbox and Outside Xtra, who make comedic list videos about videogames. One of these videos was a list of tortured acronyms in videogames, during which Luke Westaway, a contributor for Outside Xtra, joked that in response to Tom Clancy's HAWX, he would start his own fighter jet group called Flamingos (Flying, Landing And Meanwhile Initialising Non-Stop Gnarly Operations).
I saw this video and thought that it would be fun to imagine a world in which the Flamingos had been an 80s/90s children's cartoon. The sort made primarily to sell toys to children, with bad animation and a theme tune far far more impressive than anything that the show could ever live up to. GI Joe or Transformers for example.
Then I created this song to be that theme tune, and turned the members of Outside Xtra and Outside XBox into the members of the Flamingos squadron, and some of the contributors to other channels in the Eurogamer brand (specifically Dicebreaker and Eurogamer) into their rivals, the evil EAGLES (Evil Agents Getting Loot Extremely Shadily).
This is the result of that unholy union of inspiration and obsession.
