I use valkyrie armor, berzerker jewelery, berzerker weapons. Sigil of Force, Sigil of Bloodlust (to 25 stacks), Sigil of Flame (when full bloodlust). Runes of the Wurm.
Food is Bowl of Truffle Ravioli (100 toughness / 70 precision). I also use Hardened Sharpening Stones (5% toughness & 3% of vitality are added to power). See the end of this video for stats and gear display.
